Signing in to mobile ordering

If you have enabled members to sign in on your mobile ordering app, a Sign in button will be displayed on the menu screens and home screen. 


When signed in, a member will earn any applicable loyalty points or stamps on any orders they place, as well as benefitting from any exclusive member promotions.


If your members have prepay balances, they will also be able to pay with their balance, and top up their balance.


To sign in, a member will click the white Sign in button in the right hand corner of the app.


Note: Members will also have the opportunity sign in on the basket page prior to placing their order.



On the sign in page, existing members can sign in with their email address & password


Note: Existing members that don't have a password for mobile ordering can set one by clicking the blue Forgotten password button..


New members can sign up to be a member by clicking the blue Sign up button.



Once signed in, a member will be taken to the Mobile ordering service screen. 


The Signed in box will display at the top of the screen, to indicate the customer is signed in. From here the member can view their profile, or select the service type they want to place an order for.
