Placing orders for collection

Once you have activated mobile ordering and configured click & collect, your customers will be able to place orders for collection that will be sent straight to your EPOS.


When you set up mobile ordering you will have been provided with a mobile ordering URL that you can direct your customers to, from your website or social media. When the customer goes to the URL they will be presented with your menu.

Clicking on a menu item will take the customer to a details screen where they can select a quantity and measure or any modifies if applicable.

Once any products have been added to the basket, a button will appear in the bottom right corner of the screen to take the customer through to place their order.

On the place order screen, the customer can review the items in their order and go through to payment.


If you have enabled collection slots it is here that the customer will be able to select a time slot for collection.

On the pay screen the customer can pay for their order either via Apple Pay, Google Pay or by entering their card details.

Once an order has been place, you will receive a ticket for the order on your Bar orders screen and any configured printers.
