Receiving orders for delivery or collection

Once you have activated mobile ordering and configured delivery or collection, your customers will be able to place orders for delivery or collection that will be sent straight to your EPOS.

Any orders customers place will appear on the EPOS bar orders screen. From there you can accept the order after which separate tickets will be created for the food and drink items on the kitchen and bar orders screens respectively.

If for any reason you reject an order the Stripe payment will be automatically refunded back to the customer (for PayPal you will need to process the refund yourself)

It is possible to skip the approval step so the separate food & drink orders are generated directly from the customer placing an order and printed to the respective printers. If you would like to set your system to do this, email support@tabology.com or request this via your Telegram support channel.

The tickets created on the Bar and Kitchen Orders screens can be processed as for any other bar or kitchen order. See Processing Bar Orders and Processing Kitchen Orders.

Once the order has been accepted, the full combined list of food & drink items can still be viewed on the summary screen where there will be an open tab that represents the order with email and time as the tab name.
