When you have set your promo code up & shared this with your customers, your customers can begin to use it when placing mobile orders either for table service, collection or delivery.
When your customer has added all the required products to their order, and clicked through to the basket, they can then redeem their promo code by entering it in the text box labelled "Enter a promo code" under the order total.
When the customer has entered the promo code, they will need to press the blue plus sign at the end of the text box, to apply the promo code to their order.
Any discount associated with the promo code, will be redeemed against the order made.
This will appear as a separate line under 'Sub total'.
The promo code line will show the name of the promo code & the cost that has been redeemed.
Your customer will now need to complete the rest of the payment details required to process the transaction.
