Activating mobile ordering

To activate mobile ordering, log on to your Back Office and select Setup > Mobile ordering from the left hand navigation bar.



Under the Venue details tab, switch on the Enable mobile ordering toggle.


Then connect with your chosen payment provider. If you don't already have an account you will be walked through the account creation process.



Once you have connected to a payment processor you will see the one you are connected to, along with a green message to show you are connected.



You will now be able to see your mobile ordering URL that will take customers to your menu. You will also be able to see URLs pointing to menus for a specific service type (table service, delivery, click & collect), on the relevant tabs of the set up module, and can print table specific QR codes from the table service tab.

By default all of your EPOS products will be displayed on your mobile ordering menu, but you can hide certain products completely, or for specific service types if you need to. 


You can now set your venue details that customers will see when they are viewing your menus. Where you have already set these details in the Venue info tab of the set up module, these will be displayed here.

Next, you will need to set your mobile ordering times. These will be displayed to customers and will be used to determine when customers can place orders, or which delivery or collection slots they can choose from.


If you haven't already set your service times, you can create them by clicking the blue Add new times button.


Note: You can also set specific service times for each delivery method.


To add your mobile ordering service times, return back to the Mobile ordering tab & scroll down to Service times.



Click in the Mobile ordering times dropdown box & select the service times you would like to use for mobile ordering.





If you would like links to your social media accounts to be displayed, you can add those under Social media links.

Now click the 'Next' button to go to Table Service Setup, if you want customers to order from their phones for delivery to their table. 


Alternatively, you can click on one of the tabs above if you want to go straight to Delivery or Collection setup.
