Setting opening hours & service times

You can set the opening hours for your business, booking times (including for any booking types you offer) and any specific service times you offer for table service, delivery, or click & collect in the service times module.

Once you have added your service times you can link them to the relevant service:

Adding service times

To set your service times for a particular service, go into your back office and select Setup > Service times.

Click the blue Add a new service time button. In the blank Name box, give your new service time a name & click the blue tick icon.

To the right, a box to edit your service time will appear where you can add your new service time slot & enter a description of your service time.

Click the blue Add a new service time slot.

New fields for the day & time, will appear below the Add a new service time slot button.

Choose the day required from the dropdown box & select your Start & End times.

Click the blue plus icon at the end of the row to add your new time slot.

Your new time slot will added.

If you need to, you can edit the time slot you have created by clicking the blue pen icon. Alternatively if you need to delete your time slot, click the red bin icon.

Note: If your service time is linked to a booking type, you will not be able to delete the service time, without unlinking the booking type first.

To add more time slots, click the blue Add a new service time slot.

Note: When adding new service time slots, the start & end times will pre-populate with the previous service time slot.

When you have added your times for each day, click the Save button. 

You can now add any further service times you need.
