Receipt printing settings

The default receipt setting on your EPOS is not to print receipts unless the user specifically requests one. If you frequently need receipts for transactions you may want to change this to always print receipts, or to prompt the user after every transaction.

To do this, from the Back Office dashboard, go to 'SETUP'. This can be found as a button on the dashboard or it can be found on the left hand panel.

Then click on 'EPOS' to go to EPOS settings.


Then click on the 'Other Settings' tab you will see a field called 'Receipt printing'

You can select one of the following options:

  • Never print - this is the default setting. No receipts will be printed, unless the user presses 'REPRINT RECEIPT' after the transaction.
  • Prompt for print - this prompts the user after every transaction if they want to print a receipt or not
  • Always print with no prompt - this always prints receipts for every transaction

Tip: No matter what setting you have set for 'Receipt printing', the cash drawer will ALWAYS kick when a cash payment occurs.

Once you're happy with the settings, press on the 'Done' button located at the bottom of the screen.
