There are a number of different URLs & QR codes you can use depending on which service you would like to point your customers to.
Every URL is available as a QR code, and can be downloaded & printed to display in your venue.
Mobile Ordering URL's & QR Codes can be found on the back office in Setup > Mobile Ordering.
Main URL & QR Code - ordertab/menu/venue_name
This is displayed on the Venue Details tab of the mobile ordering set up module. If you offer multiple service options via mobile ordering (table service, delivery and/or click & collect) this URL or QR code will take your customers to a page that will request them to select the service type they wish to order for.
Once a customer selects a service type they will see a menu showing just the products available for that service type.
Note: If you only have one service type enabled, the main mobile ordering URL/QR code will direct a customer straight to the menu for this service type.
Table Service URL & QR Code - ordertab/menu/venue_name/table
This is displayed on the Table Service tab of the mobile ordering set up module and will direct customers to your table service menu.
You can use this URL or QR code for table service if you don't want to have individual QR codes for each table.
Delivery URL & QR Code - ordertab/menu/venue_name/delivery
This is displayed on the Delivery tab of the mobile ordering set up module and will direct customers to your delivery menu.
Click & Collect URL & QR Code - ordertab/menu/venue_name/collection
This is displayed on the Click & Collect tab of the mobile ordering set up module and will direct customers to your click & collect menu.
