Creating a promo code

You can set up promo codes that you can share with your customers to use when placing orders via mobile ordering. 

When a customer enters the promo code they will receive any discount available from the linked promotion.

To set up a promo code, you will first need to create a promotion ensuring that 'Allow on mobile ordering' is ticked.

Then, under the 'Details' tab of your promotion, scroll down to 'Promotion Conditions' and switch the 'Redeem via promo code' toggle to 'On'.

You will then be presented with a 'promo code' box, to create your unique promo code. 

This is what the customer will need to type in when placing their order.

Press 'Done' at the bottom of the page to save your changes.
