Linking a promotion to members

If you haven't yet created your promotion, see Adding a Promotion.


If you're running your promotion as part of a loyalty scheme you will want to link it to the members or groups it applies to. To do this select the "Assign members" tab. 


First tick the box to confirm that only members can redeem the promotion.


Note: If you are setting up a loyalty points promotion this box will be ticked by default and greyed out.



Then you can select specific 'members or groups to assign' from the dropdown box. If your dropdown box is long, you can start typing the name of the member or group name. These members or groups, will only be able to redeem this particular promotion.


Alternatively, you can assign it to all members groups by clicking the blue button to the right of the dropdown.



At the bottom of the Assign members tab you will see an option to push the promotion to members wallets. This can be useful way to use promotions to draw your loyalty members into your venue.



By default there is no limit to the number of times a member can redeem a promotion, but if you want to you can specify a limit.


When you have set the redemption limit, you can view the number of a times a member has redeemed the promotion.
