You can set up a virtual stamp card so your customers can collect stamps for purchasing selected products. Customer's can store their stamp card in their Apple or Google wallet and see how many stamps they have earned. A fully stamped card can be redeemed to receive any of the selected products for free.
To set up a virtual stamp card you will need to:
- Set stamp card details (see below)
- Set stamp card availability (optional)
- Assign products
- Assign members
- Add an email template
- Create a wallet pass
- Activate your stamp card scheme
To set up a virtual stamp card, go into your back office & select Loyalty > Stamp card schemes from the left hand navigation.
Click the blue Add a new stamp card scheme. Enter a name for your stamp card scheme & click the blue + button at the end of the row.
To the right of the screen is where you will define the details of your virtual stamp card.
The Scheme name will pre-populate with the name you gave your scheme in the previous step, however this can be also be changed here if needed.
You will then need to enter the number of Stamps required for redemption, this will default to 10, which is the maximum number for redemption.
You can then choose from the Redemption method dropdown, as to whether you would like the most or least expensive product to be free.
Click the blue Save button.
Note: You will not be able to Activate your stamp card scheme until all sections have been completed.
If you want to limit the times that your stamp card is available, you can now set your Stamp card availability. If your stamp card will be available all the time, you can go straight to assigning products to your stamp card.
