When you have set up your stamp card scheme, added any availability & assigned your products, you can assign the members you want to receive the stamp card.
To assign members to your stamp card scheme, click the Assign members tab at the top of the screen.
If you want to add all new members to your stamp card scheme, toggle the option for Assign all new members to this stamp card scheme to on.
Assigning existing members
If you already run a loyalty scheme, you can assign your existing members & groups by either:
- Clicking the blue Assign all members & groups button
- Selecting individual members & groups from the dropdown
Note: In the dropdown field, you can start typing the name of the member or group to narrow down the list.
Any existing assigned members & groups will display in the Assigned members & groups section.
If you need to remove a member group, click the red bin icon at the end of the member group row. Then click Yes at the confirmation prompt. Individual members can also be removed by clicking the red unlink icon at the end of the member row.
Note: When members have redeemed a full stamp card, the Total redemptions box, will update for each redemption.
Member welcome emails
An email will be sent to any members you have added to the scheme when the scheme is activated.
Note: If you add members to an already activated scheme, an email will be sent as soon as they are added.
If you need to re-send a stamp card email to a specific member, click the blue Email icon at the end of the member row. Click Yes at the confirmation prompt.
You can now add your email template & wallet pass for your stamp card scheme.
