Activating a stamp card scheme

When you have set up your stamp card scheme, added optional availability, assigned members & products & created your email template & wallet pass you can now activate your stamp card scheme. Your customers will receive their stamp card email with a specific QR code & can begin to accrue stamps.


To activate a stamp card scheme, locate the stamp card scheme from your scheme list.


Note: Inactive stamp card schemes can be identified with the red outline circle at the start of the scheme name.



Click the blue Edit icon at the end of the scheme name row.


You can activate your stamp card scheme from any of the section tabs at the top of the screen.


The current Status of the stamp card scheme will display at the bottom of the screen.


If a section hasn't been completed, a red square outline will display next to the section title. A green tick will indicate the section has been completed.


Click the green Activate button, to activate your stamp card scheme



When clicking Activate, any members assigned to your stamp card scheme will receive the specific email & digital wallet pass. 


Click the blue Yes button to confirm.



The Status of the stamp card scheme will update with a green tick.


A Green circle will display next to the stamp card scheme name to also indicate the scheme is active.



You can deactivate the stamp card scheme, by clicking the red Deactivate button to the left of the details section.


Click the blue Yes button, to confirm deactivation.



You can now see how customers will accrue & redeem stamps.
