The stamp card report

The stamp card report shows you how many stamp cards have been issued, completed and redeemed, for any stamp card schemes that you run.


To view the Stamp card report, go into your back office & select Reporting > Loyalty > Stamp cards.


 

By default the report will show stamp cards for all active stamp card schemes. 


From the Select a stamp card scheme dropdown, you can select individual schemes or a combination of schemes. Any deleted schemes will also display in the dropdown for you to view, indicated in brackets.



From the Show filter, you can select the status of a stamp card scheme by deselecting the tickboxes.



Beneath this, Total boxes will display, giving you snapshot information of the stamp card scheme & status you previously selected:

  • Total active schemes
  • Total schemes completed (current full stamp cards)
  • Total schemes redeemed


For each stamp card scheme you will be able to see:

  • The scheme name
  • The member name
  • The status of the stamp card scheme
  • When the scheme was created by the member
  • When the scheme was completed at (a full stamp card)
  • When the scheme has been redeemed (the free product is redeemed)
  • Number of stamps remaining until completion


Searching

You can use the Search bar to the right of the screen to search for any specific data within the selected schemes & status' displayed.



Exporting

The report generated can also be copied to your clipboard, displayed in a print format or exported to Excel or CSV using the Export buttons to the left of the report.



Sorting

The report generated can also be sorted by any of the columns. Click the Column headers & the table will alternate between ascending & descending orders.
