Enabling member sign in on mobile ordering

Members can sign in before placing orders with you through mobile ordering, enabling them to earn points or stamps and access their exclusive member promotions.


To enable members to sign in, go to Setup > mobile ordering, then click on the Other settings tab.



Switch the toggle under Enable member sign in to On.



Then scroll down to the bottom of the screen and press Save.



A sign in button will now appear on your mobile ordering screens.


Any new members that sign up will receive an email to set their password to log in when placing mobile orders.


Note: Existing members can generate a password using the Forgotten password link from the sign in page.
