Viewing a member in the back office

In the back office, you can view & change details of all members within your loyalty database.

To access this information, go into your back office, Loyalty > Members.

Note: The exact columns you see will depend on your specific set up:

  • The balance column will only be shown if you allow your members to have prepay balances
  • The signed up at column will only be shown for multi-sites with a central members database

If you click on a member, this will then take you to their details page.

You will be able to:

  • View & edit member details
  • View & edit member expiry date
  • View recent member activity
  • View total payments 
  • View a members points balance
  • View a member's card identification number
  • Resend a wallet pass 
  • Confirm to consenting to marketing permissions
  • View the sign up location (centrally managed sites only)

If you have made any changes, click the blue Done button in the bottom right of the screen. 

If you need to look into a particular transaction, you can do so by locating the tab activity & clicking on the Blue magnifying glass icon, to the far right hand side.  

A popup screen will appear, with the details of the transaction you have selected.

You can see the following details here:

  • Time of tab opening & who by
  • Time of tab closing & who by
  • Time tab was settled & who by
  • Brief member details
  • Items within transaction
  • Value of items in transaction
  • Discounts made against items
  • Payments made against transaction
  • Timeline of events within transaction

You can also deactivate & reactivate members from your loyalty database.
