Earning loyalty points

Your loyalty members will earn points on purchases if you have enabled and configured a loyalty scheme in the back office.



For every purchase linked to a loyalty member, points will be awarded based on the specified points accrual rate and the total value of sales on the customer order, after any discounts or promotions.


If the member uses an Apple iPhone, the loyalty member's points balance will be updated on their wallet pass and they will receive a push notification (if enabled) notifying them of their new points balance.


If you refund a transaction that a member earned points on, the points will be deducted from their balance.


When a member has earned the 'minimum points required for redemption' they can choose to redeem them against a future purchase.
