Loyalty transactions report

The loyalty transactions report shows you all the loyalty points transactions that have taken place over a given time range for all members.

The report includes:

• Points earned from purchases
• Points earned from loyalty promotions
• Points redeemed against purchases

You can view the loyalty transactions report on your back office under Reporting > Loyalty transactions

You will see a list of all loyalty transactions within the default date range, along with the total points earned and redeemed.

The description column will indicate the type of transaction:

• Loyalty Points Collected - Points earned on a purchase
• Loyalty Points Redemption - Points redeemed against a purchase
• Promotion name - Points earned through the named promotion

You can type a members name in the search box on the right hand side to see just the loyalty points transactions relating to that member.

You can also export the report to Excel, CSV or PDF.
