Deducting loyalty points from existing members

Loyalty points can be deducted manually from a member of your loyalty scheme. This could be used if you allow your members to exchange points for any benefits or services that are not racked through your tills e.g. charity donations.


To manually deduct loyalty points from an existing member, locate your member in the back office under Loyalty > Members from the left hand navigation.



Click on the member you want to deduct points from.



You can click on either the Transactions tab & scroll to the bottom of the page or click the Admin tab followed by the blue Deduct loyalty points button.



You will be prompted to enter a Number of points. Click the blue Done button.



The member points will automatically update.




Click the blue Save button, from the bottom of the screen.



You will also be able to see any manual points deduction in the Latest loyalty points transactions table.



You can also manually add loyalty points to existing members.
