Adding member segments to groups

Once you have created a segment of your loyalty members, you can add this to a group so you can easily allocate the members to a promotion and send them a push notification.


To add your member segment to a group, after applying your filters and saving your campaign, press the Add to a group button.



You can then select whether to add the members to an existing group or a new group.



Note: All members will be added to the group, regardless of their marketing permission status. If you plan to send the group a push notification and your Privacy policy states you require marketing permission to send push notifications you may want to add to your filters to return only members who have accepted marketing.


To add to an existing group select the group from the dropdown list and press Add.



To add to a new group, select new then give your new group a name.



Once you have added your members to a group, you can allocate the group to a promotion and send the members a push notification.
