Add deposits to an existing booking

To add a deposit to an existing booking, from your EPOS, go into EPOS > More, then select 'Bookings'.

Choose the date of the booking you wish to add a deposit to. All bookings on this date will be displayed in the bookings screen.

Note: Any bookings that already have a deposit assigned to them, will have a '£' icon, before the amount of covers. You can still add an additional deposit to a booking that already has a deposit on.

Click anywhere on the booking, to open the details pop-up.

To add your deposit, click on the orange "Add deposit" button. A box will pop up for you to enter the deposit required. Once entered press the green 'ok' button, to add the deposit to your booking.

A 'Deposit added' prompt will pop up, to confirm the deposit has been added.

A '£' icon, will now appear on the booking reservation next to the number of covers.

When the guests arrive for the booking, you can open a tab for them with the deposit on as credit.
