Setting up a loyalty points scheme

You can set up a loyalty points scheme so that your loyalty members can earn points on their purchases and redeem them against future transactions.

To set up a loyalty points scheme go to the Set up > Loyalty from the left hand navigation on your back office dashboard.

Switch the 'Enable loyalty points scheme' toggle to 'On'

You can then enter:

• Loyalty scheme name - a name for your loyalty scheme 
• Loyalty points scheme setup - how many points a member should earn for a given value of spend
• Minimum points required for redemption - how many points a member needs to earn before they can redeem their points

Each point will count as 1 pence when redeemed, so in the example below, members would earn 5 pence worth of points for every £1 spent.

Based on the 'minimum points required for redemption', when a member has earned 500 points they will be able to redeem these against a purchase for a £5 discount.

When you have entered your points redemption criteria, press 'Save'. 

Your members will now earn points on every purchase and can choose to spend their points against purchases once they have earned the minimum required.
