Adding staff rota areas

Staff areas enable you to differentiate staff on your rota based on their job role. By allocating staff to an area you can separate managers, bar backs, kitchen staff etc, on your rotas through colour coding.

You can add and update your rota areas in the set up module under 'Rota'.

You can edit the label or colour for the existing areas, delete an area or add a new area.


To add a new area just click 'Add a new area' then enter a label, select a background and border colour and press on the blue tick.


You can now allocate a default area to your staff members and override this if needed on individual shifts.
