When a staff member submits a leave request, the relevant leave approvers will receive an email notification.
When a request is approved or declined, this will also send an email notification to the staff member (if an email has been added in the staff member profile setup)
Receiving a leave request as an approver
As a leave approver, you will receive an email notification when a leave request is submitted. When opening the email, you will be able to click the leave request link, which will take you directly to the request form, where you can then review the leave request & approve/decline/edit where necessary.
Receiving approved/declined request
When a request is approved or declined, the staff member will receive an email notification, which will notify them that their request has been approved or declined.
The details of the leave request, will be displayed in the email.
