You can add additional EPOS devices, kitchen screens and Mini EPOS devices to your plan, as well as remove any devices you no longer need. This can be managed in the subscriptions module in the back office.
To add a kitchen screen, go into your back office and select My subscription from the left hand navigation.
Scroll down, then select the Kitchen screens tab.
To add a kitchen screen, click the blue Add a new kitchen screen button.
Your new kitchen screen will appear in the last row. In the Device name column, give your new kitchen screen a device name.
The Device group will automatically pre-populate with Kitchen.
Click the blue Tick icon at the end of the device name row to confirm your additional Kitchen screen.
You will be prompted to confirm the addition of the new device, the additional monthly fee and your total monthly fee.
Click the blue Add additional device button.
Your Kitchen screen monthly fee and your Total monthly fee on your Plan breakdown will update and the change will be reflected in your next invoice.
Removing a kitchen screen
If you need to remove a kitchen screen from your plan, click the red bin icon at the end of required device row.
Click the blue Yes button to confirm.
Your Kitchen screen monthly fee and Total monthly fee will update and the change will be reflected in your next invoice.
