Signing up to a plan

If you are in a free trial, you can sign up to a paid plan in the subscriptions module on the back office.

You can access the subscriptions module under My subscription from the left hand navigation of your back office dashboard.

Note: If you are logged into a central dashboard you won't see the My subscription menu as subscriptions are managed on each individual site's back office.

At the top of the screen you will see when your free trial is due to expire. 

Below this, you will be able to select & customise your plan to suit your needs.

1. Select a plan

From the options listed, select the plan most suitable to your venue requirements.

2. Review your active EPOS devices

Check the list of currently active EPOS devices to see if you need to add or remove any prior to signing up. Some information will be displayed next to each device to help you differentiate between them.

Note: You do not need to add any kitchen screens as those will be added in the next section.

You will see the monthly fee attributed to each device as well as your total EPOS monthly fee at the bottom of the monthly fee column.

If you need to add any EPOS devices, click the blue Add a new EPOS device button, then enter a device name for the device to help you recognise it, and optionally select a device group for it.

Then click the blue tick icon, to confirm your additional device.

If you need to remove any EPOS devices, just click the red bin icon and click Yes on the confirmation prompt.

3. Review your kitchen screens

Follow the same process for any kitchen screens you need. You do not need to select a device group for a kitchen screen as it will default to kitchen.

4. Fill in the Direct Debit Form

When you have added all necessary devices, your Total monthly fee will be updated. Your total monthly fee is based on your selected plan, EPOS devices & Kitchen screens.

From here you will see a form to sign up to a Direct Debit with us so we can collect the Total monthly fee from your nominated bank account.

Fill in your details and press Confirm your details.

A screen will pop-up, for you to check over your direct debit details.

Click the blue Create a Direct Debit mandate button.

A green banner will display at the top of the screen, informing you that the Direct Debit has been set up successfully.

You can view your subscription information at any time in the subscriptions module. You will be able to see:

  • My subscription plan - your plan details and total cost
  • Customer - your customer number and address
  • Bank account - the bank account the direct debit is set to collect the funds from
  • Mandate - the direct debit mandate details
  • Payments - details of any payments that are due for collection or have been collected

Note: You will not see any payments initially as the direct debit instruction will need to be processed, then there will be a few days delay before the first payment can be collected.

If you need to upgrade or downgrade your current plan in the future, you can manage this from the subscriptions page, as well as adding or removing devices & changing your direct debit details.
