Signing up to a plan

If you are in a free trial, you can sign up to a paid plan in the subscriptions module on the back office.

You can access the subscriptions module under My subscription from the left hand navigation of your back office dashboard.

At the top of the screen you will see when your free trial is due to expire. 

Below this you can select the plan you would like to sign up to, along with the number of EPOS licences and any bar or kitchen order screens you will need.

Select your options and you will see the total monthly fee for your plan.

Scroll down and you will see a form to sign up to a Direct Debit with us so we can collect the monthly fee from your nominated bank account.

Fill in your details and press 'Create a direct debit mandate' and you will see your subscription information that you can check back on at any time.

  • My subscription plan - your plan details and total cost
  • Customer - your customer number and address
  • Bank account - the bank account the direct debit is set to collect the funds from
  • Mandate - the direct debit mandate details
  • Payments - details of any payments that are due for collection or have been collected

Note: You will not see any payments initially as the direct debit instruction will need to be processed, then there will be a few days delay before the first payment can be collected.
