Changing your plan

if you decide to upgrade your plan to access additional features, such as bookings, campaigns or staff scheduling, you can upgrade from the subscriptions module in your back office. 


Note: If you signed up prior to July 2023 you won't see the subscriptions module unless it has been manually enabled. If you would like to make any changes to your subscription, get in touch via [email protected] or your Telegram channel and the subscriptions module can be enabled for you.


You can also change to a lower plan if you no longer use the features that come with your current plan.

To change your current plan, go into your back office & select My subscription.



Your current subscription plan will be highlighted with a blue outline & title box. A green label will also indicate your current plan.



To change your plan, click the green choose plan button at the bottom of the desired plan.


You will be informed of the change to your monthlies fees and asked to confirm whether you want to change your plan.



When you have confirmed, you will see your new plan highlighted in the subscription module.



Your total monthly fee will also update at the bottom of the screen.
