If you no longer need access to your EPOS, but would like to retain your data and access to your back office reports, you can switch to the back office only plan. This may be useful if you ultimately need to cancel your subscription, but still need access to your data and reports for a period of time.
If you remove all of your EPOS devices from the subscriptions module, you will be prompted to confirm that you would like to switch the back office only plan.
Click the blue Downgrade to the back office plan button.
When you downgrade, your subscription plan will update to the Back office only.
Alternatively, if you click Cancel subscription from the bottom of the page, you will be see a prompt asking if you would like to keep access to your back office and data. Click the blue Downgrade to the back office plan.
A second confirmation prompt will warn that all devices will be removed as part of moving to the back office only plan. If you want to go ahead click the blue Downgrade to the back office plan.
Your subscription plan will update to Back office only.
If you need to upgrade your subscription plan at any point in the future, you can do so from the Subscription module.
