If you need to cancel your subscription, you can do so in the back office subscriptions module. When cancelling your subscription you will be given the option to switch to the Back office only plan, which retains your data and access the back office (excluding any Pro features).
To cancel your subscription, go into the back office & select My Subscription from the left hand navigation.
From the My subscription page, scroll down to the Total monthly fee.
To the right of the fee total, click Cancel subscription.
At the cancellation prompt, you will be asked whether you would like to keep access to your back office & data. If you don't need to retain back office access, click the red Cancel subscription button. This will cancel your current subscription plan.
After clicking cancel subscription, you will be asked if you could share your reason for cancelling. Sharing your reasons will help us to improve our service in the future.
Enter any reasons in the text box, then click the red Confirm cancellation button.
When you have confirmed cancellation of your subscription plan, an Account cancelled banner will display at the top of the subscription page, as well as the dashboard.
Your access to your system will be disabled once the current paid for month has elapsed.
