Enabling booking request management on the EPOS

If you would like your front of house team to be able to manage booking requests on the EPOS, you can enable this on the back office.


Note: By default only confirmed bookings will display on the EPOS


To do this, log onto your back office and go to Setup > Bookings.


Then select the Other Settings tab.



Scroll down to Manage booking requests on EPOS. Toggle this option to On.


Then press Save.


You will now be able to view and manage booking requests under the BOOKINGS button on your EPOS.
