If a customer doesn't turn up for their booking, you can mark the booking as a 'no-show'. This will remove the booking from the EPOS bookings screen and the table plan bookings view.
If you are on the bookings view of the table plan you can mark a booking as a no show by tapping the table that the booking is due on and selecting no show.
Alternatively, you can go to more > bookings from the EPOS screen and select the booking that hasn't shown up.
Tap the booking status indicator in the top right corner.
Then select no show.
Note: You will only see an option for no show if the booking has already started. If the booking has not yet started you can still cancel the booking.
You will see confirmation that the booking has been updated.
Once you have marked the booking as a no show you will no longer see it on the EPOS bookings screen or table plan.
