You may occasionally need to find a previous transaction in order to process a refund, void items, or print a receipt.
To do this press More from the EPOS > History.
You will see a list of transactions in time order (most recent first) that you can scroll through, or you can search for a specific transaction either by Tab ID or Amount.
Select your desired search criteria from the Tab ID or Amount column. Type all or part of the ID or amount you are searching for.
Once you've located the transaction you can press on it to see the full details. From this screen you can also:
- Print a receipt, by pressing the orange printer button
- Email a receipt, by pressing the blue @ symbol
- Re-open the tab, by pressing the green Reopen tab button
Reopening the tab will enable you to perform voids or refunds.
