The bookings grid view enables you to easily see the bookings you have coming up for the day, as well as check if you have space to accommodate new booking requests.
You can get to the bookings grid view by pressing the calendar icon at the top of the screen when viewing your bookings for a single day.
On the bookings grid view you can see:
- Booking requests - Blue
- Confirmed bookings - Green
- Bookings currently in house - Orange
- Bookings that have complete - Grey
- Bookings that haven't shown up - Red
To allocate a booking to an available table, you can click on the booking, and drag it to the table you would like to allocate it to. Any tables that are not valid for the booking type or are already occupied will be greyed out.
To change any other details of the booking, you can click on it to open up the booking modal.
Any changes you make to the booking, such as allocating a table, will be reflected in the grid view when you press Done.
