Confirmed bookings & booking requests for the current date & any future dates can be viewed on the EPOS as well as the table plan and back office.
To view bookings on the EPOS, log into the EPOS & select More from the right of the screen.
Click Bookings from the left of the screen.
Bookings can be viewed in both a List format & Grid format, similar to the back office. The first time you view bookings, they will be displayed in a list format, indicated by the List icon at the top of the EPOS screen.
To view the current days bookings in the grid format, click the Grid icon from the top of the EPOS screen. If you have any unassigned bookings, these will display at the top of the Bookings grid view.
Note: The last Bookings view closed, will be saved as the bookings preference for the next time you view bookings.
To view any bookings in the future, click the Date in the top right hand corner. The Calendarwill display for you to select any date required.
When a booking arrives you can open a tab for the booking.
