Making changes to a published rota 

You can make changes to a published rota to reflect changes that occur during the week e.g. sickness, shifts needing to be changed, staff not turning up for a shift, or turning up late etc.

When you make any changes to future days remember to email the latest rota to your staff.

If these changes result in a change to your staff costs for the week, these will be pulled through to the Actual wages on the Forecasts tab and show as a difference between your forecast and actual wages.

When the week has ended, and any changes to your rota have been reflected, you will be able to come back to your Forecasts tab to compare your forecast to actual wage percentages.

Any changes made to your published rota will also impact the hours that you export to payroll for the week.
