This article shows the customer journey for purchasing a gift card via your website.
You can configure selling gifts cards via your website in the gift card tab of the set up module on your back office.
Depending on your chosen set up, the customer will either click a link on your website to open up the gift card widget (link option), or they will be able to see the widget directly on your website (embed option).
On the widget they will click the blue Buy button, next to the amount they wish to purchase for the gift card.
The customer will then need to fill out the details required for the gift card. They can also add a personalised message to send to their recipient. They will then need to click the green Click to purchase button, from the bottom of the screen.
Your customer will then be taken to the Payment screen, where they can pay via ApplePay, GooglePay or by entering their card details.
When the payment has gone through, the customer will be redirected to the Gift card payment confirmation screen & will receive a copy of this in their emails.
The recipient will also receive their gift card via email, unless the sender has chosen to receive the gift card.
