Setting tabs to stay open for paid mobile orders

By default, fully paid tabs created for mobile orders will be settled automatically and so will not display on the summary screen or table plan. 

This keeps the summary screen clean and prevents the build up of lots of fully paid tabs that don't require any action.

If you would like tabs to stay open for mobile orders so you can see where the order is from on the table plan, you can turn off the setting to automatically settle mobile orders. This will keep the tabs on the screen and linked to the relevant table on the table plan.

To turn off the setting to automatically settle mobile orders, navigate to the EPOS tab of the set up mobile and select Order queuing & flashing.

Scroll down to Auto settle tabs for mobile orders and switch the toggle to Off.

Then press Save.

Tabs for mobile orders will be now be displayed on the summary screen and table plan.
