You can add members can to your loyalty scheme through the Mini EPOS, as well as the EPOS & back office.
To create a new member, go to the Tab menu and click the Member icon in the top right of the screen.
The New member screen will display. You can enter any details you want to store for the member.
On the back office you can configure the fields that display on the new member form to suit the specifics of your membership or loyalty scheme. You can also specify which fields are optional or mandatory.
Additionally:
- If you run multiple loyalty schemes, you will see a loyalty scheme dropdown at the top of the New member screen. Click the Loyalty scheme dropdown to a see a list of available loyalty schemes you can add the new member to.
- If your system is set up to allow members to have pre-pay balances, you can set the member you are creating to have a balance using the Prepay toggle.
- If you have set memberships to have an expiry date, the expiry date field will be shown and will pre-populate based on the expiry duration you have set. This can be changed if needed by clicking in the expiry field.
Once all information has been entered, click the green Create Member button from the bottom of the screen.
When created, a New tab will open in the Tab menu, under your new member's name. Member tabs are easily identifiable by the Person icon at the beginning of the tab name.
You can now add items to your member's tab as normal from the EPOS, or alternatively close the tab.
Any purchases made by the member can be added to their account when you add items to their tab, or when they present you with their QR code wallet pass.
Note: If your new member already exists as a contact within the system, the contacts booking history, including any purchases made on booking tabs, will be linked to the member automatically when they are created.
