As the loyalty scheme a member is added to determines the welcome email, wallet pass branding and default group they are assigned to (for promotions), it is best to ensure a member is added to the correct loyalty scheme when they sign up.
In cases where a member is assigned to an incorrect scheme, or an existing member needs to be added to a specific loyalty scheme, it is possible to edit the scheme a member belongs to.
To edit the scheme a member belongs to, go into your back office & select Loyalty > Members from the left hand navigation.
On the Members page, locate the member who's scheme you would like to change & click on the member row.
On the Edit member page, locate the field, Loyalty scheme, from the Member details section.
To assign, your member to a different scheme, click the dropdown box & choose your scheme.
A message will inform you that the member will be added to the default group for the new loyalty scheme but will not be removed from any other groups they are a member of (including any group associated with the loyalty scheme you are moving them from). If you need to remove your member from any previous member groups, you will need to do that manually after allocating them to the new scheme.
Click the blue OK button to confirm your new default group & loyalty scheme.
Click the blue Done button, in the bottom right of the screen to confirm your changes.
Your member will now be assigned to the new loyalty scheme. This can be viewed in the Loyalty scheme section of the Member details.
If you would like to send the member the welcome email for their new loyalty scheme with a link to their new wallet pass, you can send that using the Resend wallet email button.
