If you have multiple promotions running alongside one another, you can enable promotions to be limited to one per order. When multiple promotions are triggered, the best (highest value) promotion will only apply to the order.
To enable limiting promotions to one per order, go into your back office & select Setup > EPOS from the left hand navigation.
In the Discounts & promotions tab, locate Limit to one promotion per order. Toggle this option to on.
Click the blue Save button to save your changes.
