If you need to update the bank details that we use to collect your monthly fees, you can update your Direct Debit in the subscriptions module in your back office.
To update your Direct Debit details, go into your back office and select My subscription from the left hand navigation.
Note: If you signed up prior to July 2023, you won't see the subscriptions module unless it has been manually enabled. If you would like to make any changes to your subscription, get in touch via support@tabology.com or your Telegram channel and we can enable the subscriptions module for you.
Scroll down to EPOS devices, then click the Payment details tab.
Any existing payments will be displayed to the left of the screen and can be viewed by clicking the blue magnifying icon.
To the right of the screen, click the blue Update bank details button.
The Direct Debit form will pop up. The Account holder and Billing address will pre-populate with your current details. Enter your new direct debit details in the Bank account details section and click the blue confirm your details button at the bottom of the form.
A new screen will pop up asking you to check if your details are correct.
If your details are correct, click the blue Create a Direct Debit mandate button. Alternatively click Cancel to re-enter your new details.
Your new direct debit details will update in the Payment details section. These details will be used to collect the payments for your monthly fees.
