Changing direct debit details

If you need to update the bank details that we use to collect your monthly fees, you can update your Direct Debit in the subscriptions module in your back office.


To update your Direct Debit details, go into your back office & select My subscription from the left hand navigation.


Note: If you signed up prior to July 2023 you won't see the subscriptions module unless it has been manually enabled. If you would like to make any changes to your subscription, get in touch via support@tabology.com or your Telegram channel and the subscriptions module can be enabled for you.



To the right of the screen, click Update bank details.



The Direct Debit form will pop up. The Account holder and Billing address will pre-populate with your current details. Enter your new direct debit details in the Bank account details section & click the blue confirm your details button at the bottom of the form.




A new screen will pop up asking you to check if your details are correct


If your details are correct click the blue Create a Direct Debit mandate button. Alternatively click Cancel to re-enter your new details.



Your new direct debit details will show in the bank account section. These details will now be used to collect the payments for your monthly fees.
