The gift card transactions report shows you all transactions relating to gifts cards over a given period.
To access the gift cards transactions report, login to your back office dashboard and select Reporting > Gift card transactions from the left hand navigation.
You will then be presented with a list of all gift card transactions that have taken place with the selected date range.
At the top of the screen you will see total boxes for:
- Total value added
- Total redeemed
Sorting
You can sort the gift cards by any of the columns. Just click the column header and the table will alternate between ascending and descending order.
Exporting
You can also copy the transactions to your clipboard, display in a print format, or export to Excel or CSV.
