You can increase your venue's visibiity and make it easier for guests to book with you by connecting to Reserve with Google. Customers will be able to search and make reservations for your venue through Google Search, Google Maps and Google Assistant.
To connect to Reserve with Google, go into your back office and select Setup > Integrations, from the left hand navigation.
From the Integration page, locate Reserve with Google integration. Then click the yellow Setup Reserve with Google button.
From the setup screen, you will be able to:
- Toggle the Google maps listing for your venue
- Add/edit your venue details
- View booking type information
If you would like Google to show a direct link to your booking form, on your Google Maps listing, toggle this setting to On.
From the Totals boxes, you will be able to see:
- The total number of booking types going to Google
- Your total number of available booking types
Your venue details will pre-populate in the corresponding fields but can be edited if needed:
- Venue name
- Contact telephone
Click the blue Enter a new address, to start typing your business address. Select the correct address from the dropdown.
Then, click the blue Save button, to save your changes.
If you use booking types, you will now need to configure the booking types that you want to be available to book via Google.
If you don't use booking types, your set up is complete. It can take up to 36 hours for your venue to be live on Google for guests to book.
