Taking bookings through Reserve with Google (customer view)

When you have connected to Reserve with Google, your customers will be able to book directly from Google Search and Google Maps.

Note: When people search for your venue through Google Assistant, it will bring up a Google search page with your venue's booking page as the top link (there may be some sponsored links above it).

When searching for your listing through Google Search or Google Maps, your customer will see a Reserve a table button.

When clicked, the customer will be taken to the booking modal, where they will select:

  • The number of guests in the party
  • The desired date and time

Availability will then be displayed for each of your available booking types with the requested time highlighted.

When the desired time has been selected, the guest will need to confirm the reservation details, enter their contact information and confirm their marketing preferences. They will then click the Reserve button, from the bottom of the modal.

Once reserved, the confirmation modal will display.

Guests can also modify or cancel their booking via Google, which will automatically update their booking and notify you.
