If you have a lot of orders on your bar or kitchen screens that have already been served, you can mark all orders as collected, to prevent clearing these one by one.
To clear all orders, log onto your EPOS & click the required Order screen, from the Bottom navigation bar.
In the top right corner, long-press on the bin icon. Click the Clear all drink orders button, underneath the bin icon.
A pop-up modal will display for you to confirm whether you want to Mark all orders as collected.
Click the yellow Yes button to confirm. Upon confirmation, your order screen will clear all orders & display with no open orders.
Completed orders can be viewed in the Completed tab from the top of the EPOS screen.
