The Tab History report shows a list of all tabs opened within a given date range. It will also show you orders that were paid for at the time, which the system records as auto tabs.
You can use the tab history report to locate a specific tab and send the customer a copy of the receipt.
To view the Tab History report, go into your back office & select Reporting > Sales > Tab History.
You will be presented with a list of tabs opened within the given date range. You can change the date range by clicking in the from or to boxes.
In the Show field, you can choose whether to see:
- All tabs - all tabs and pay at the time orders
- Auto only - only orders paid for at the time
- Member only tabs - only tabs linked to loyalty members
Click the blue Generate report button, to see your report.
To view a tab, click on the blue magnifying icon at the end of the tab row. This will display the tab in a popup.
The tab can also be downloaded by clicking on the blue Download icon.
Searching
The search bar in the top right of the report will filter the report by any search term you type.
Exporting
You are able to copy the report to your clipboard, export to Excel or CSV, display in a PDF format or print.
Sorting
The tab history report, can be sorted by all of the columns on the report with the exception of Sales total & Top ups. Click the column header and the table will alternate between ascending and descending order.
