Tab History Report

The Tab History report shows a list of all tabs opened within a given date range. It will also show you orders that were paid for at the time, which the system records as auto tabs


You can use the tab history report to locate a specific tab and send the customer a copy of the receipt.


To view the Tab History report, go into your back office & select Reporting > Sales > Tab History.



You will be presented with a list of tabs opened within the given date range. You can change the date range by clicking the Date range. The calendar will display for you to select the required dates. Then click the green Apply button.



In the Filters and grouping, you can choose whether to turn on:

  • Member tabs - only tabs linked to loyalty members
  • Auto tabs - only orders paid for at the time


The report will automatically generate and display.



To view a tab, click on the blue magnifying icon at the end of the tab row. This will display the tab in a popup.


The tab can also be downloaded by clicking on the blue Download icon.




Searching


The search bar above the report will filter the report by any search term you type. 




Exporting


You can email the report by clicking the blue Email full report button.



At the prompt, enter the email address required to receive the report, then click the blue Send button.



Sorting


The tab history report can be sorted by all columns. Click the column header to toggle the table between ascending and descending order.
