Tap to Pay on iPhone enables you to take contactless payments directly on the iPhone running the Mini EPOS app.
If you use Zettle as your payment processor, you will be prompted to initiate Tap to Pay on iPhone when you log in to Mini EPOS.
Note: Tap to Pay on iPhone is only currently available if you use Zettle as your payment processor. If you use a different processor you can still use Mini EPOS to add orders to tabs and tables.
To initiate Tap to Pay on iPhone, first ensure you have a PIN set and enabled on your iPhone. Having a PIN set is a requirement to be able to use Tap to Pay.
Open the Mini EPOS app and log in as an admin user (level 5). On the Welcome to Tap to Pay screen, click the green Activate button.
You will be prompted to allow access from Zettle.com. Click the Continue button.
You will then be redirected to the Zettle login page. Login in with your Zettle account details & click the blue Next & Login buttons.
Once you have logged in, to your Zettle account, the confirmation screen will display & take you back to the Tap to Pay on iPhone Guide. Swipe from the right, to see more instructions on Tap to Pay.
When you have read the Tap to Pay guide, click the blue X in the top right hand corner of the guide.
You will now be taken to the Tap to Pay ready screen.
Click the green Done button, on the left of the screen to return to Mini EPOS. Alternatively click the orange Learn more button, to see the Tap to Pay guide again.
You can now accept contactless payments directly on Mini EPOS with Tap to Pay on iPhone.
