If your EPOS is integrated with Takepayments & you have added a Takepayments terminal to your EPOS, your payments will automatically be processed from your EPOS to your Takepayments terminal.
From your EPOS, choose the tab you require payment for & press Pay. Click C/card followed by Add payment.
You will then be presented with the payment screen. Click Send payment. This will send the payment from the EPOS to the Takepayments terminal.
Contactless payments are made on screen & Chip & Pin payments can be made at the bottom of the terminal.
When the payment has gone through, the payment will be applied to the transaction automatically & the EPOS will return back to the payment screen. The payment will be indicated with the C/CARD line.
Click the Done button on the payment screen. You will return to the summary screen, where the payment will also be indicated with a white card icon & a green payment line.
If needed you can refund the payment back to the customers card.
