Taking payments with Zettle

If your EPOS is integrated with Zettle, your payments will be automatically processed from your EPOS to your Zettle reader.


On the summary screen of your EPOS, choose the tab you require payment for & press 'Pay'.


Choose 'C/card' > Add payment


You will then be presented with the below screen, which tells you to present the Zettle card reader to your customer.

Contactless payments are made on the screen & chip & pin payments can be made at the bottom of the card reader.



Once the payment has gone through, your screen will pop up with a message saying 'Approved'.



Once approved, you will then automatically return to the payment screen on your EPOS. You will see that a card payment has gone through. This will be highlighted in green as well as having a white tick & white card symbol next to the payment.



If you need to you can refund the payment back to the customer's card.
