Viewing pre-orders on a booking on the back office

When your customers have completed their pre-orders, you can view them on both the EPOS & back office.

To view a pre-order for a booking, go into your back office & select Bookings from the left hand navigation.

From the Bookings screen, click the booking you want to view a pre-order on. 

From the Edit booking screen, scroll down to Pre-orders.

Any pre-orders will be displayed, along with the date & time the pre-order was placed & the name of the guest's individual order.

To view the pre-order breakdown, click the blue magnifying icon at the end of the pre-order row.

The pre-order breakdown will show:

  • The booking details
  • The products pre-ordered
  • The cost per product
  • The total amount paid

Where a payment has been made, this will also display in the Deposits section, along with any other deposits that may have been made.

Note: Pre-orders can also be cancelled & refunded.
